Gourmet British Rare Breed beef jerky made from cattle including: Dexter, Galloway, Hereford, Red Ruby, South Devon, Angus and Highland from Cornwall and Scotland.

Sweet, Sour & Spicy We have created a wonderful new taste. Using our own chillies loving grown from the seeds, a 'Seed 2 Breed' sauce was created to be used in a new marinade. We have grown a selection of some of the world's hottest chillies that include:

  • Fatalii
  • Mem Jolokia
  • Bhut Jolokia
  • Trinidad 7 pot
  • Trinidad Scorpion
  • and others

and created, along with some other fine ingredients, a sweet and sour spicy jerky!

From seed to rare British breed! How much more of a gourmet, homemade and artisan product can you get? :)

Warning: Very addictive! 40g is never enough.

Ingredients: British Beef (250g raw = 100g jerky), White Wine Vinegar, Hot Sauce (Fresh Chillies, Tomatoes, Onions, Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Grass, Sugar, Garlic), Ketchup (Tomatoes 132g per 100g, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Herb extract Celery ), Honey, Lime Juice, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol), Natural Liquid Smoke (Water, Natural Smoke Flavour, Vinegar, Molasses, Caramel Colour, Salt), Celery Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper.
