Ingredients: British Beef (250g raw = 100g jerky), White Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol), Ketchup (Tomatoes 132g per 100g, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Herb extract Celery), Spices (Star Anise, Cloves, Cinnamon, Sichuan Pepper, Ginger, Fennel Seeds), Lime Juice, Honey, Ginger, Coriander, Natural Liquid Smoke (Water, Natural Smoke Flavour, Vinegar, Molasses, Caramel Colour, Salt), Garlic, Celery Salt, Black Pepper.
